Convert Access MDE will convert the compiled Access 2003 MDE file you have received to Access 2002 format Microsoft Access 2002 (XP) can not run Access 2003 MDE files.
Having to upgrade several workstations to Access 2003 in order to run one Access 2003 MDE application can get very expensive.

Convert Access MDE will convert the compiled Access 2003 MDE file you have received to Access 2002 format and enable you to run it on any Access 2002 computer.
Convert Access MDE can enable all Access 2003 MDE files to run in Access 2002. However, this tool can not replace calls to new Access 2003 properties and methods in the compiled VBA code. If the MDE application uses this type of code a trappable error will be generated and the application may halt.

The tool supports MDE databases with a database password set or databases that use Access user level security.

Currently, the tool can only convert Access 2003 MDE files to Access 2002 format. ADE files and other Access versions MDE files are not supported.

Convert Access MDE runs on all Windows platforms where Access 2002 (XP) is installed.
